Booking, deposits and estimates
Online booking requires complete contact information, a verified mobile number, a checked pickup address and acceptance of these terms. An appointment is booked after the $25 deposit is successfully paid and the booking confirmation is issued.
The $25 booking deposit is non-refundable and credited toward the final job total. It is a deposit, not full payment for removal. The remaining balance is collected separately after the final scope is confirmed.
Scope and price changes
The quoted amount is an estimate for the items and services listed. ACG may revise the total if the items, quantities, access conditions or scope change. Any additional charges will be confirmed with you before additional work proceeds.
A $125 pickup minimum applies after the $10 curbside discount. A $15 disassembly fee applies when selected. Residential priority service adds $25 for same day, $15 for next day or $100 for overnight. Commercial priority service adds $150 for same day, $90 for next day or $200 for overnight. Same-day bookings made after 6:00 PM Eastern use the overnight rate.
Pickup dates and changes
Select an available pickup date. The crew will coordinate arrival details with you. Calendar reservations are planning allowances and are not guaranteed arrival times. Availability may change while a checkout is in progress; if a scheduling conflict arises after payment, ACG will contact you to arrange a suitable date.
Contact ACG promptly to cancel, reschedule or change the job. Cancelling or rescheduling does not automatically refund the non-refundable deposit. Do not add unlisted items or change access arrangements without notifying the crew.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate item counts, a usable pickup address and relevant access information. You must be authorized to arrange removal of the listed property. ACG will confirm whether unusual, hazardous, regulated or unsafe items can be accepted before removal.
Payments and records
Square processes deposits securely. ACG’s website does not store full card numbers or card security codes. After payment, the supplied email address receives a booking record and service agreement. A deposit receipt is not a receipt for an unpaid job balance.
