Using the quote tool

Your selected items are stored in this browser so you can return to your list. When you continue to online booking, your contact details, pickup details and estimate are sent securely to the booking service. An appointment requires a successful $25 deposit and booking confirmation. ACG will confirm the final scope and arrival details.

Online booking and payments

When you book online, we collect your name, email, verified phone number, pickup address, selected items, access details, requested date, estimate and consent record. We use these details to arrange service, process the deposit, provide your agreement and receipt, and manage schedule changes.

Square processes card payments. Google provides address autocomplete and validation, booking storage, the job Sheet and calendar services. Resend delivers transactional booking email. Authorized ACG staff and HomeWave Marketing, our website service provider, can access the information needed to operate the booking service. We do not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Phone checks do not send a verification text or place a call. Phone validation checks number format and numbering rules; it does not confirm ownership, carrier assignment or current reachability. Booking does not enroll you in marketing texts. Booking email is sent to the address you provide. Contact ACG to request corrections or discuss deletion of booking information, subject to records needed for service and payment administration.
